Academic Scholarships for First-Year Students

All first-year applicants are automatically considered for academic scholarships. Be sure to also explore additional scholarship opportunities at Royal University. We also offer academic scholarships for transfer students.

We understand that each academic journey is unique. Your GPA and test scores (if submitted) provide a foundation for scholarship consideration. Our review process goes beyond just grades and scores; we also consider the strength of your coursework, challenges you've overcome, contributions to your school and community, and the passions you pursue outside the classroom. These insights help us assess your potential and may influence your scholarship award within the given range. Our academic scholarships range from $5,000 to $30,000 each academic year.

Award Ranges

The academic scholarship award range provided is the maximum possible based on your GPA, SAT, or ACT scores. In addition to your academic record, our holistic review takes into account community service, the rigor of coursework, writing samples, and other criteria. This review also applies to test-optional candidates.

Royal University’s academic scholarships are renewable for each academic year for up to eight semesters of full-time undergraduate study (12 semesters for Pharmacy). Please note that these ranges are for estimating eligibility; official financial aid packages will be shared with applicants who have submitted their FAFSA.
