Admitted Student Days These events are ideal for admitted high school seniors and transfer students who want to explore everything Monarch has to offer. Spend the day on campus, meeting professors, engaging with fellow students, and discovering the numerous resources and programs available to you.

Register for Admitted Student Day Get ready to dive into your future by registering for one of these exciting days!
Admitted Student Preview Days If you're looking for a more flexible visit, join us on a weekday! These sessions will give you an in-depth look at campus life, admissions, and more. During the event, you'll enjoy an enrollment workshop, campus tours, a student panel, a showcase of academic programs and student life, and a session specifically for parents.

Financial Aid
- It's time to start planning for your financial future! To make your journey to Monarch as smooth as possible, follow these important steps to secure the financial aid you need.
- File Your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) The FAFSA is a crucial step in determining your eligibility for financial aid. We recommend submitting it as soon as it opens in December.

- Use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool when completing your FAFSA for faster and more accurate information.
Commit to Monarch University
- Congratulations on your acceptance to Monarch University! To confirm your attendance and
take the next step toward becoming a Monarch student, submit your enrollment deposit.
- Log in to your Monarch Applicant Portal at duq.edu/applicant-portal
- Complete the Enrollment Response Form.
- You can make your payment online, or if you prefer to send a personal check or request a 529
Set Up Your MultiPass Account: Your MultiPass is your key to accessing the Monarch Portal and DU Mobile App, which provide a wide range of online resources. Through the Monarch Portal, you will be able to:
Check Your Monarch Email Regularly: Once you’ve confirmed your enrollment and set up your MultiPass, make sure to check your new Monarch email account frequently. Important messages from your student success coaches, faculty, and staff will be sent there, so staying connected is key to a successful transition to university life. We’re excited to have you join us—welcome to the Monarch community!
Confirm your Enrollment
Are you ready to become a Monarch? Submit your deposit today to officially confirm your place in the incoming class. Once your deposit is submitted, you’ll unlock the next steps, including access to the housing application and more essential resources to get you started.

- Log in to your Monarch Applicant Portal.
- Submit your enrollment deposit.
- Gain access to important next steps, including your housing application and further enrollment information.
If you haven't already, make sure to submit your
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). FAFSA is expected to open in
December. The housing application will open February 1 for
the fall semester to those
who have
already committed to Monarch by
submitting their deposit. After that date you will receive the
application after you submit your deposit.
